Everything you need to know before your stay

How do I book?

The easiest way to book is online via our website. If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via Facebook or email.

How do I pay?

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

An invoice will be sent via email when payment is due. Payment can be made securely using the link provided.

Please note, we are unable to take payments over the phone.

Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Are there any additional charges?

There are no mandatory additional charges.

We do offer a selection of optional extras which can be added to enhance your stay.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 4:00pm. Early check-in from 2:00pm is available for £15.
Check-out is by 10:00am. Late check-out until 11:30am is available for £15.

Can I stay for just one night?

One-night stays may be available at short notice or where there is a natural gap between bookings. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to check availability for you.

Are the lodges well equipped?

Our lodges are thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable self-catering stay. Each lodge includes kitchen utensils, oven, hob, microwave, dining area, and a TV in the living space.

A small starter pack is provided on arrival, including washing-up liquid, dishcloth, tea towel, bin bag, and toilet roll.

As self-catering accommodation, we recommend bringing any additional consumables you may need during your stay.

 
What should I bring?
Towels and hairdryers are provided, allowing you to travel light. We provide one towel per guest.
We recommend bringing personal items and any additional supplies you may require for a comfortable stay.
If you are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know in advance — we are always happy to help make your stay even more memorable.
Can I bring my dog?
We welcome dogs in selected lodges. We allow 2 small/medium sized dogs per lodge. A charge of £30 applies.
Please note, we do NOT accommodate cats.
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before arrival
A refund will be issued minus the 30% deposit. Alternatively, payments can be held as credit for up to 12 months or transferred to another guest.
Between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival
No refund will be issued. However, payments may be held as credit for a future stay within 12 months or transferred to another guest.
Less than 48 hours before arrival
No refund or date transfer is available. Bookings may be transferred to another guest.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
